Henry Martyn Flint

FLINT, Henry Martyn, author, born in Philadelphia, 24 March 1829: (t. in Camden, New Jersey, 12 December 1868. He studied law, was an editor of the Chicago "Times" in 1855'61, and then acted as correspondent for various newspapers, He published a " Life of Stephen A. Douglas" (Philadelphia, 1860); "The History and Statistics of the Railroads of the United States" (1868); and "Mexico under Maximilian" (1869).
