James Dundas

DUNDAS, James, banker, born in Alexandria, Virginia, in 1788; died in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 4 July 1865. He early settled in Philadelphia, where he became a banker, and was president of the Pennsylvania bank. Mr. Dundas was prominent in many local enterprises, and at the time of his death was president of the Pennsylvania horticultural society.
