SHIMEALL, Richard Cunningham (shim'-e-all), author, born in New York city in 1803 ; died there, 19 March, 1874. He was graduated at Columbia in 1821, and at the Protestant Episcopal general theological seminary in 1824, and the same year was ordained to the ministry.
